Ryan & Nicky - Hall Farm Hotel

This beautiful barn wedding, which took place at the Hall Farm Hotel wedding venue, was designed to have the perfect balance between classic elegance and rustic romance.

The high, wood-beamed ceilings and exposed brick gives the venue an edge that isn’t common within barn wedding venues, but is beautifully rustic chic and perfect for the couple's over all desired wedding style.

Peaceful and classic shades of heavenly white chair decor and neutral toned tablecloths, allowed all of the rustic charm of the venue to shine though, while giving the wedding a classic monochromatic style. Regardless of the season, neutral tones are always appropriate, but for this autumn wedding in particular, the neutral colour palette simply let the colours from the countryside outside, shine through and compliment the wedding indoors.

Upon entering the venue, the ceremony room would have been one of the first aspects of the wedding that guests would have seen, so we created an instant magical atmosphere with a canopy of twinkling lights to form the most perfect ambience for the couple to declare their love for one another and creating the most stunning first impression of romance, as soon as guests walked into the room.

Continuing the classic and timeless wow-factor throughout the venue, we used our luxuriously, large Magnolia and Blossom flower centrepieces in the reception room especially for the guest tables. Each one were embedded in exquisite pearls within a huge, sparkling glass vase to communicate further the elegance and timeless concept of the wedding with a touch of rustic chic charm.

For those who enjoy knowing the smaller details, white Magnolia flowers symbolise purity, dignity and perseverance. While, White Blossom represents honesty, purity and perfection. These flowers all communicate pure, thoughtful love and undying fidelity. A perfect combination for a beautiful wedding!!!

A vast range of silver mercury, luxe, glass candle holders of various types and sizes created an opulent display across the full width of the top table and set the romantic mood of the wedding breakfast. Once lit, the varied surfaces of the silver elegant and sophisticated glass glinted and glistened

Quite contrary to popular assumption, a neutral wedding color scheme doesn't mean you're confined to a select set of hues and color combinations. If tans, creams, and hints of gray are too basic of a palette for you, subtly incorporate subdued pastels such as an airy blush and light peach, like we did here with our champagne/blush sequin tablecloths, adding a fabulous sparkling finishing touch to the whole classic and timeless design.

To compliment the silver candle decor and the metallics from the sequin tablecloths, we added a silver charger plate to each persons place setting. The surface of the plates have a decorative finish that gives the illusion of a lightly textured silver-leaf surface and a soft lacquered covering gives the charger a slight sheen, perfect when creating the desired a classic and timeless display.

One of the many things we love about being a venue stylist, apart from the connections we make helping couples to create their dream, is that we get to work alongside other talented vendors in the industry as well. It is so rewarding combining forces to make your day exceptional!

This beautiful wedding cake (pictured below) was created by the talented Katie's Cupcakes Cleethorpes, for our couple's wedding. Not only was it sure to taste exceptional, but it also beautifully picks up on all the little details of the decor we used, from the sparkle of the tablecloths, to the colour palette of the venue decor.

However, wedding cake table styling doesn't have to stop at choosing a wedding cake. We added our stunning mirror table top and octagonal cake stand to reflect the grandness and exquisite details of the cake, complete with our champagne / blush sequin tablecloth for an extra glam, stunning display.

The impressive Mezzaine in the main reception room of the barn provided a perfect platform for a String Quartet, playing the couple's chosen favourite songs beautifully throughout the wedding breakfast. This area was later used for a photo booth to provide further entertaintment in the evening celebrations too.

Highlighting our couple's love of music, we created a beautifully rustic, light up, wooden record, seating chart to compliment the venue's barn setting perfectly. The record discs were created using two tones of wood, etched with the intricate detail of the record's spiral grove. They also displayed the couple's favourite songs, which represented each table, along with details of the wedding and a polite instruction to "please find your seat". Then wooden named hearts of each guest were placed at their table's song. Simply stunning. We absolutely loved making this rustic wooden seating chart and the record discs serve as the perfect keepsake for the couple after the wedding.

To finished this beautiful autumn reception, timeless, barn wedding, we installed a canopy of festoon lights hung in a large, relaxed zig zig to give an even coverage of flattering, warm white light to set the mood just right.

And the happy couple danced the night away under our magical canopy of string lights, which were used earlier in the day for when they exchanged their vows. Perfect!
